How long does shipping take for complete skateboards?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. If you have requested a custom build, please allow an additional 24-48 hours for our technicians to professionally assemble your board.
Can I return a skateboard after I have used it?
We only accept returns on items in new, unused condition with original packaging. Once a board has been skated, or if grip tape has been applied to a deck, it is no longer eligible for a return.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to over 50 countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated automatically at checkout.
What happens if I receive a defective product?
If your gear arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a replacement immediately.
How do I know which truck size fits my deck?
We provide a comprehensive sizing chart on every product page. Generally, the axle width of the trucks should closely match the width of your skateboard deck for the best stability and performance.
