Custom Heat-Moulding Instructions
Heating activates the proprietary arch technology, allowing the insole to expand and adapt to your unique foot shape.
Trim the width of the insoles and fit them into your shoes before heating.
Preheat oven to 120 °C (250 °F) and heat for 8–10 minutes.
Wait until the arch chamber inflates, taking care not to fold the insole while hot.
Place the insoles into your shoes and walk until cool.
A short break-in period of 1–3 days is typical for FP Insoles Gamechanger Elite.
