Custom Heat-Moulding Instructions
Heating activates the proprietary arch technology, allowing the insoles to expand and adapt to your unique foot shape.
Trim the width of the insoles and fit them into your shoes before heating.
Preheat oven to 120 °C (250 °F) and heat insoles for 8–10 minutes.
Wait until the arch chamber inflates, being careful not to fold the insole while hot.
Place the insoles in your shoes and walk until they cool.
A short break-in period of 1–3 days is typical for FP Insoles Gamechanger Elite.
